What is covered in the cost: campsite, Saturday Dinner, Sunday Breakfast, Campfire food/soda/water/s’mores, sleeping pads (if you don’t have one), 1-2 extra tents (please bring your own if you have it!)
What is NOT covered/provided: alcohol, wine tastings, sleeping bags, pillows, blankets, camping chairs, etc.
*Location and Lodging*
Temecula! The plan is to camp – let us know in the RSVP Google form if you have/will bring your own camping equipment. PDA will provide extras if fellow postdocs do not have enough. Camp site cost is covered by PDA. Please bring your own sleeping bag, pillows, blankets, etc. as these will not be provided.

*Transportation*
Carpooling – let us know if you have a car and are willing to share a ride with others (Google form).
*Wine tasting or tour*
We are planning to go to three tasting places – candidate wineries include Fazeli, Leoness and one TBA. Light lunch or snacks at the wineries will be covered by PDA. All alcohol and wine tastings are not covered.
OAK MOUNTAIN has been overbooked so we will look for other places – will still have fun!
*Food and drinks*
PDA will provide snacks at the wineries, Saturday dinner, pastries, muffins, coffee, and hot chocolate for Sunday breakfast, and sodas, water, smores, chips, fruit, and tea for camping/fire.
BYOB for campfire time.
*Other*
Whether you want to explore the wine country on your own or with peers, there shall be free time.
