Following success from previous years, the UCI Postdoctoral Association and the UCI Office of Postdoctoral Affairs are proud to host:
The 9th Annual UCI Postdoctoral Scholar Research Symposium, “TED Talk Your Research!”
Postdocs from all over campus will present their research, either in the form of oral presentations or posters. An industry panel will also be part of the symposium program. Take advantage of the opportunity to practice presenting your research to a broader audience with very diverse background. It’s a perfect occasion to increase your scientific network and to find collaborations.

Remember that you will need to fill the Registration Form even if you submit an abstract, to allow a proper organization of the event.

Keynote speaker: Mark Chamberlin, give back advocate
Mark Chamberlin is a retired Enterprise and Global Sales Leader with experience selling complex, high dollar amount technology and services solutions to Fortune 500 companies. He has extensive hiring and collaboration experience within the hi-tech industry, including working for Cisco, Polycom and Avaya. His global client list included direct “sell to” responsibility for Disney, HP, Microsoft, T-Mobile, to name a few. He is an Executive Coach for 5 non-profit leaders with major organizations through Executive Coaches of Orange County, a Leadership subject expert with Octane OC, a speaker with UC Irvine’s Continuing Education programs and advocate for rising stars getting great career jobs and move ups.
